This application has features that allows you to submit Building Plan and County Land Development applications online and provides real-time tracking of your project as it progresses from submission to approval.

Building Construction Plans

Mecklenburg County offices are closed Monday, May 26^th, in observance of Memorial Day.

Effective May 24^th, Code Enforcement will not accept any new submittals in EPM. All new plan review projects should be submitted through Accela. Projects that are already in progress will remain in EPM at this juncture. Thank you for your patience and for being our valued customer.

Important User Information: This site requires Internet Explorer 9 or higher OR Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode turned on. The site also requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher.

EPM does not support, and may not function correctly with other browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or alternate PDF software.

County Land Development Plans

LAND DEVELOPMENT HAS SWITCHED FROM EPM TO ACCELA

All Land Development users must use: Accela Citizen Access to submit Land Development projects.
